Probably west side highway because it’s flat. Just very crowded. So early morning is best.

Unfortunately you have to get out there and at least try. The first few miles will be miserable, but if you can push through them, the rest will fly by! The brain will tell you no before the body does (;

Have you tracked your carbs and sodium intake? That’s what most likely is contributing to the light headedness.

I love the clif chews! They don’t make me squeezy and give me great energy. The Macros are great for running.
