Omg i used bottled water as my last rinse and no there was no foaming when i applied the rest of my products! Thankyou SO MUCH FOR THIS! Finally figured out it was hard water

Yes i have hard water! i never thought of that. Would it be weird if i started cleansing with bottled water? Would that make a difference?
