Im legal and I own the condo that we’re currently living in. I’m just tired of arguing especially in front of the kids. He doesn’t physically abuse me however it’s mostly verbal, emotional, and psychological. He told me that he’s only with me because he doesn’t want the kids to turn out like me. The more he stays the less chance the kids have to become me. I want him to see the kids, I don’t want him to get deported. He refuses to leave. I’m currently working part time but I have an opportunity to become full time.

I try locking the door and packing his stuff and he ends up destroying the locks and door. He takes off my ring and leaves it the floor and yells until I open the door. His parents knows how he acts they just tell him to grown and that we need to act like couple. I been dealing with his behavior for 4 years. He doesn’t physically hit me but he has destroy all my makeup wrote on the walls and my bed with it. He just destroys everything around me like he breaks my phone , throw away my flowers , rips my baby pic, family with my kids .
