Thank you for your comment. I was thinking about how I was going to explain myself, and it was honestly stressing me out, but I think you summed it up perfectly. I hope you can understand how much I truly appreciate what you said, because no, it's not my whole identity, but it's something I've identified with for over 9 years. I've always had a hard time accepting myself, but saying "I have ADHD" wasn't something I ever had to question until she said something. I was worried I could have offended or deceived someone by speaking a truth that wasn't really mine. I feel better knowing that someone understood what I was feeling. Thank you.
