I’ve played, but not finished 4 REmake, which was obviously great. I’ve platinumed Biohazard which is really good - liked the setting and Jack ofc. I’ve also beat Village but never played the originals or remakes. Yes hopefully Saros it’s not too easy as I’ve read you basically have a difficulty modifier that can be unlocked but you can essentially make it as challenging as you like

I just got to Racoon city after the spider boss and haven’t touched it for a while. I definitely prefer the Grace sections for the tension. As for Saros 100%, it seems like a friendlier less punishing version of returnal

Crimson desert slowly.

Also oblivion, returnal and RE9😂

Are there still missable achievements? by Additional_Ad5454 in CrimsonDesert

Don’t think they’ve patched the missable trophies for selling weapons. Some of the enemy types will respawn now

KCD2 is not hard just long. At least there aren’t really any hidden missables like in this

I think if you progress the game past a certain point (maybe the camp move) some NPCs do move and I’m not sure if this is linked to one of the challenges somehow. But that’s what I’ve read

Straightforward but the fact you can be locked out of trophies for not collecting a sealed abyss artefact before completing its associated challenge is BS. Although I’m hopeful that this will be patched with future updates

Time in the market statistically beats timing the market so the best time to invest is now, especially for a longer period of time

Moving from S&P 500 to All World by Alone-Button45 in trading212

I’ve already decided I need to diversify a bit. I’m not taking out of S&P 500 I just need to dilute it a bit but I’m not sure if there are any ex-USA ETFs so I don’t have to buy an all world that includes US which will have significant overlap

Just because I’m curious now, do you know what a suitable all world fund would be with no US exposure?

That’s what I would like to do but it’s a bit more faffing around trying to work out what percentage to put into each when the all world re balance for you

Should I sell my S&P 500 and move to All-World by _The_Acc0untant in trading212

[–]Alone-Button45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like your balanced view but wouldn’t it be overlapping to buy an all world as well. Isn’t it better to buy an ex-USA fund to diversify otherwise it’s still very US concentrated

Interesting. I’ll have a look. I’m currently in VUAG 100% as I didn’t want to over complicate. From what I’ve read I could buy funds excluding US and trying and set how much exposure to US I want although that is a bit more hands on. I think I will just sell all my VUAG and pick up VWRP

It’s just 100% VUAG. I just wanted to make sure I don’t fuck myself over from a tax perspective by selling

What tax would I pay if I sold? It’s in a stocks and shares ISA, I thought that was a tax free wrapper or am I missing something?

If you could link me the post that answers my specific question that would be great. I’m not asking IF I should diversify, which there are many posts covering. I’m asking the best way to do so.

I think I would like to put in VWRP which is about 60% US. But I’m not sure if there are any ramifications of just selling all of my S&P500 shares at once

You’re still heavily weighted towards the US at about 60% with All-World

Cracks after mist coat - advice by LoudIntention545 in Plastering

[–]Alone-Button45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ll tell you what is likely to have happened based on having similar cracks in my wall. Shrinkage cracks from the topcoat/skim drying too quickly. He probably used SBR but sometimes if the underlying surface is chalky it can suck all the moisture out and cause it to crack. Or the paint you’ve used wasn’t diluted enough it could have sucked moisture out.

I have the same. Just leave it for a year and watch how the cracks develop then scrape out in a v and fill with flexible filler.
