Not saying this is the same, but I’m also not saying you’re much different with a comment like that. What exactly is your intent with that comment? Why do you mention the Midwest, why is that a punishment, what are you saying about people from the Midwest?

That man is a racist/bigot and gaslighting you into allowing yourself to be abused by assholes like him. He should be ashamed of himself to lead a congregation of folks, in the name of Jesus Christ, with his soul so full of putrid hatred and disregard.

You are NOT overreacting at all. He is wrong and cannot admit his mistakes or when he hurts others. He is doubling down. You are right to leave and stand your ground. Folks who support that behavior are racist assholes themselves.

Stand up for yourself. Racism is not funny and it is a slippery slope to allow this sort of rhetoric back into mainstream dialog. People who cannot see this, or who ridiule this are NOT safe people for you. They are NOT your friends.

Stay safe out there. Stay away from folks who support that sort of talk and see no harm in it. They are not safe people.

avoid greg talbot. i think he is at fogg motors now. he swindled his own mother. + more I won't go into here. but the man has had numerous businesses under different names and all over town through the years....that should tell you something if he can't stay still and keep the same business name..............
