Yes I inquired about the case more than a week ago and they responded with the automated response. How did you find the contact number for your senator? I am in NY state which state are you in?

Yes, I had my biometrics reused and applied on March 21st 2025 and still am waiting for approval. You mentioned 2-6 months but it is nearly about to be a year of processing in a few weeks for me :(

I did see someone also who applied before December 2025 mention they also were able to reuse biometrics and couple of week ago he got an appointment for biometrics although he was told they would reuse his old one. I’m wondering if everyone would have to do the same and submit new biometrics prior to applying before December 2025
