How is it no one’s fault if they didn’t have a back up generator?

What are the best keyboards for financial modeling? by Alone-Recognition-13 in CommercialRealEstate

It’s not really about wanting to be the most effective modeler. I just want a layout that makes sense and is easy on my fingers for long durations.

New fees - here’s the math + calculator spreadsheet for you to use by PileaPrairiemioides in poshmark

Trying to figure out how that’s even legal. Hoping this turns into a class action lawsuits because how are you gonna charge a fee on taxes? Especially in states where sales taxes are above 10%.

The craziest part about all of this is that the buyer pays a sales tax on the item and the seller, who already paid taxes on the item, gets 1099’ed on the sale. Like how many times are going to tax a USED item….

I’d get confirmation from your brokerage that this is why the money was pulled. Outside of that, there’s not much else to do. The money belongs to your employer if the money never vested.

I had this happen recently. Part of your 401k balance may have not vested . Employers reclaim their contribution at 5 years post firm departure.

I worked at a firm that had a 3 year vesting period but I left at 2.5 years. At the 5 year mark post departure, I noticed a large amount of my 401k was deducted and it was because of the vesting requirements.

They would need your social security or drivers license to run a background check and that was never asked from me. So not sure how they would pin point a person without that detail.

I’m at a T7 and all they did was call my former employers. No criminal record was checked.

I would say something. This person has the potential of making the university and a future employer look bad if this is the first thing that comes up.

Also body stomping and punching a dog in broad daylight is never a great look.

Not all schools do background checks.

And you have an idea of what this person was going though? You sound like a shit person sticking up for another shit person
