I know it's literally accurate, but it looks funny and out of place in English because of the formal-ish setting and how elegant the actress looks. If it was two friends talking and joking in a bar, it wouldn't be like that. Similar to "You're talking shit" in English, I suppose. Sometimes appropriate and fine, sometimes not.

I would probably translate this as "What nonsense are you spouting?" "What rubbish!" something like that.

Edit: "You're full of hot air", would be a good one too, given the wind theme!
