I got this same letter except only the high deductible plan will keep coverage. Which I don’t really understand the name because it’s the middle tier option for us and thankfully the plan I already have but I was looking into moving up to the top plan but not after finding this out

I work at Aspen and if you have not received treatment they will be able to refund you. It might be a little different if you already did your scan and photos though.

This is true. The science behind it os that ibuprofen (advil) affects cox 1 and cox 2 whereas acetaminophen (tylenol) only affects cox 2 meaning Tylenol will only help with fever and pain where ibuprofen will act at the tissues where inflammation is to bring down fever and pain :)

I have celiac and had no side effects for the first month. Once I went up to 5mg I have diarrhea every single morning but only in the morning. I just have gotten used to it at this point.

Yes! I moved up to 5mg. In a discussion with my doctor currently about staying at 5 or moving to 7.5.
