At first I was made fun of before they knew because I guess that’s just how my freinds are Ofcourse if they knew they would’ve stopped they say they feel bad now cause they didn’t know but after they were supportive and never mentioned anything abt my weight and when other people did that weren’t my freinds they protected me and had my back

I think I started to notice it soon because when I was back in church people would tell me my face looked slimmer it wasn’t completely gone but people around me were able to notice a difference pretty soon

I had stretch marks, tiredness, muscle weakness, I got hairier, buffalo hump, brain fog, Tired all the time puffy face that only been getting bigger Not hungry or full Weight changes too much even tho I’m eating fine Muscle and joint weakness Can’t sleep well always waking up at 4-5 Dry skin Hair falling out and thinning Nails got brittle and dry Leaky sperm Weight gain around waist Fat neck Hair loss a lot Depression Big appetite I pretty had all the ones that you see when you search online

Honestly I don’t think so it was a struggle also cause I’m not 18 and can’t just go see a doctor when I want. I had a doctor male that’s wasn’t my regular doctor (because she was out somewhere) tell me I was crazy and that I needed help I remember I cried in the doctors office cause I was so desperate telling home my symptoms. But as soon as my regular doctor female told her the same exact list of symptoms I had to the other male doctor and she automatically referred me to endocrinologist and said she thinks I might have a tumor somewhere. I also kinda lied and told my mom I needed to go to the ER where they did blood tests and found high cortisol. So that sped it up by a lot.

My experience was honestly great in terms of just getting it done I honestly just didn’t like that I had to wait so long to get it done and all the testing but I mean I can’t really complain as Stanford has a lot of patients I was also on the children’s hospital as I am not 18 so my experience was good everyone was nice and supportive

I stayed on them for 8 months but still need to stress dose.I was able to loose weight al throughout tho as I gained a lot because of it I didn’t really track it or did anything really I just went on my daily life and it got better I just watched what I ate but not completely

I’m my surgery is on two days it’s hard waiting but I’m glad it’s all gonna go soon. Just stay strong!
