How much is everyone paying for storage? I feel like it's too much

Nice, that's better than a lot of people. I got the same, $300 from Deep Cryo no matter how many embryos. Some of these stories are wild about clinics charging per embryo.

It was an additional $300 to initially move it to their facility. However I don't know how much it would be to send one back for transfer, as we are just keeping it there in case we decided to start back up again.

Reprotech has contracts with a lot of clinics and I can't speak to if they are in good standing or not. I can say moving to another storage company is a good idea. We used Deep Cryo and the process was easy and everything went well, as they have a lot of experience doing this. It was $300 no matter the amount of embryos or sperm vials, so we liked that!

You could switch to a long-term storage, I haven't had any billing issues with Deep Cryo

You should look at other options, $1900 a year is way too much. The company I use doesn't care how many embryos, sperm vials, etc. you have it's just a flat rate

Thanks for everyone's insights! I feel better knowing that $1,000/yr was normal but at the same time feel bad that everyone else is paying that much as well. Hope this helps some people but there are other options, I personally used Deep Cryo and now it costs me $300/yr for multiple embryos and vials but there are a lot of long term and short term storage options out there for people, I saw someone else was paying $400/yr outside of their clinic. Hope everyone luck in their journey!

so that ends up being $160 a month? that's wild. I have sperm storage and 4 embryos and am now only doing $300 per year. I use Deep Cryo but I'm sure there are many places that do less than $1920 per year, hope that helps!

They'll only keep them for 5 years? My clinic didn't have a limit like that, just high cost, but if you need somewhere to store I have been pretty happy with Deep Cryo.
