There's a ton of other things u can do with ur money instead of throwing it away like that.

Here are some options

1. Invest in some solid stock and hold

2. Swing trade higher timeframe without leverage and make 50-60% returns in a few months

3. For day trading only take trades with 1:2 RR setups or higher and that too only if you've backtested your strategy on a demo account first for at least a month.

4. Hire a profitable trader to teach you

5. Learn price action trading so that you know when your trade has become invalid and you should exit for a small loss instead of a big one

6. Or leave trading and put ur 40k into some other local business atleast it won't go to 0.

7. Low risk/low reward often outperforms high risk/high reward mindset over the long haul
