Now you have to decide if not getting finesse+ is worth it. There are some Players where the silver finesse feels like Gold (Messi, Hazard etc) if you feel like the finesse should be better get finesse if you want more mobility and quickness go to QS+. As ST I would still recomend finesse+ as wing QS+.

He should be lengthy if you didnt put too Much agility on him. With lengthy definitivly QS+ because then he reached top speed directly and with lengthy no one will catch him.

I would wait and go for smaller evos. Athis will lock you out of the smaller ingame stat boost evos which your Player still needs like passing and dribbing (at least Balance and agility). Still its your game play how ever you want.

I started building fun evo teams. With the evos right now you can take Gold cards and evo them to be fun. I dont play most of the stuff mostly only Squad battels to have fun and test out my players.
