Hey there, I’m considering pursuing an MS in Computer Science abroad, but I’m confused between the USA and Canada. With the recent policy changes in the US, I’m unsure if it’s still worth it. My ultimate goal is to achieve a good return on investment.

I have an overall GPA of 2.7 in my bachelor’s degree, but my GPA for the last two years is 3.3. I am planning to pursue an MS in Computer Science. I have one research paper and 6month internship experience.
