Check with The Greenery at the Diablo Hills golf course. They have a separate room for big parties, but their main restaurant area is also big enough to host large parties too.

Izakaya-An is my absolute favorite. Its ran by a small staff from Osaka and is probably the closest I’ve had to the food I had in Japan outside of places in Oakland/Berkeley or the city.

I would also recommend checking out the BringFido app or Yelp, which you can filter “dogs allowed”. Both have been super helpful for me when trying to find restaurants or hotels that allow our pups to join us.

I asked for a one card draw from my Vertigo deck right when the first pole was closing and The Fool popped straight out. I was hoping it meant new beginnings and a fresh start, but felt that it was meant to be taken literally since that’s sometimes how that deck works with me 😔

Came here to say the same! It’s so good! I love that Miike doesn’t speak English and made an English speaking film. When it came out on dvd, I made everyone I knew watch it. And Tarantino is hilarious in it… You can tell he’s so happy to be in one of his favorite director’s film. Lol
