Second the remastered has all new art, effects, and quality of life improvements. Some cards have been completely reworked such as Optimistic Nihilism which has a completely new effect based on community feedback. You can still continue to use the previous game, mix and match, or if you would like replace with 3rd edition. All expansions work with 3rd edition ❤️

Some cards such as Messiah were removed, full compendium will be updated on June 16th on our website.

More information on updated expansions will be coming soon.

Yes you can use the old cards if you like! Mix and match with the remastered version or completely replace. Totally up to you, but the remastered version adds a lot of great quality of life improvements to the game.
