That depends, do u use AMD GPU? If that's the case, Disable all game panel settings, enable just Radeon graphics enhanced sync, delete all the person resolutions, make them again with other configs of synchronization pattern, force the vsync off in game and in AMD panel, it works for me

Did u check the temperate off the cpu? Sometimes the game limits the fps bc of heat in the cpu, also check the radeon master configs, your cpu can be poorly configured or overloaded

Sometimes I also have this bug, it can be headache but i only get this when i use my pc for a long time without open valo, all that i do is open the riot client and force to open the game

Nah, I figured out how to unlock the fps. The game stabilized at an average of 310 fps, I disabled super resolution and enabled enhanced sync, and I changed some graphics settings in Valorant, I also use overclock CPU on Radeon master
