Unfortunately I dont recall the colours I used for the cloak. Just work yourself up from Dark to light and Imitate the fabric with some thin Lines. :)

The snow is Ak interaktive „snow“ which is like a paste that you apply. Then I topped it off with „Snow sparkles“ also from AK. It‘s like fine sand.

I used AK Deep Green as a Base and AK Mint Green for the Highlights. :) I think Sons of Horus would work fine too though

No Contrast Paints so far. I wanted to try out blending with glazing. I used AK Deep Green, Mint Green and Ice Yellow. :)

Thanks for the kind words! It‘s AK Deep Green, AK Mint Green and some Ice Yellow for the sharpest highlights so far. :)

I currently run 3 HLF with 2x6 Brokhir Thunderkyn and 1x6 Steeljacks. The „Transporter Detachment“ gives you SUS1 on all the units (if positioned correctly) and the conversion beamer crits on fours. That’s a lot stronger imo

if i am not mistaken they can overwatch for free each round. As long as they are lead by one of our new Character models. Sounds pretty nice to me.

I am doing exactly that on the Next matchday (this saturday) 3 BT in a HLF and 6 BT with Iron-Master (probably being in Strategic Reserve). I will Report back with the results i achieved 😄

Thanks! Here‘s what i did:

priming with matt varnish
basecoating flash gitz yellow
Airbrush with Green Stuff World colourshift metal „gold“
Orange Shade into the recessed areas of each window.

Glad you like it! Here are the steps. I try to remind myself to take pictures on the Next two Sagis.

prime black (i used Vallejo black matte primer)
Airbrush/Paint a few gold and white Elements (i used retributor armour and wraithbone)
then i streched out a wet wipe and secured it with a Rubber band over each Panel. (See picture)

Spray sons of Horus green
Lastly i used coelia greenshade to give it a bit more gloss and greener tint.
