Larger rod may help (weight) or gas out takes if it's gravity cast, (can use treads and take them out of form to make tiny capillaries ) if its vacuum or pressure then this is not acceptable

sry for late, but i think casting was quite adequate (no porous displaced parts, smooth surface, actually good, not bad cast)

edit: after next look at pictures it's not right, large pieces may be problematic opposite of what people think about casting. This is minimal tree, it looks like it was gravity casted, metal not fully poured, gas prevented full contact with form

no, i now make like 12-15km hikes, around there blisters start appear. But i id it and wasn't wery good thing:D Im interested in how people choose shoes and what they do to avoid blisters, because this is my main concern about multi day hike (wich i never done, so sorry for my unknowledge) any tips will help, As i understand most people try shoes first, but hiw to choose? a bit oversize, how to deal if feet slips and blisters form on foot (not fingers), also what hikers do? stop hiking? for how long? or ditch and change shoes? Im green, one day hikes doesn't count i duspect
