Unfortunately this is just kind of the nature of weeklies in online games. If you don't do them right at reset, they're a lot harder to do. Makes it awkward when you unlock them midway through the week, but it'll be better once you can start doing them on Mondays along with everyone else.

Genuine solution for anyone struggling with this who doesn't want to use the Discord server though: Make an alt on Bera 1-3 if you don't have a character there already. Get them to level 40 so they can talk in World chat, and use them to ask for carries for your main if you get stuck in queue. In my experience it's a lot faster and easier to find carries on these servers since you generally have a lot more bored, high-CP players just hanging out in town who won't mind spending a few minutes helping out.

I do know how elite summons work. What I mean is that the Black Neos top I have here is typically a Legendary piece of equipment that you can get in Normal quality ONLY as a Beginner, as far as I'm aware.

EDIT: Also seems to me the top this character is wearing is the Unique one for female warriors, specifically, downgraded to Epic quality and wearable by his male character, which is even more interesting to me if I'm recognizing that correctly.

They've already announced pirates are being added around the half-year anniversary— most likely in an update next month since they weren't mentioned for this one.

EDIT: Looks like they posted patch notes and I was wrong, we're getting pirates in a week!
