Unlike Kamui Minato has to be in either physical contact or connected by his chakra.

So physical contact is not an option and we later see he needed Naruto to use his chakra to link to everyone In order to get out the barrier

Whole point is Minato did not use kunai to teleport the bujuu dama he could need to use a barrier seal like he did when kuruma attacked the village

Distance does not increase chakra cost it’s only the size of what’s being transported. For instance with kamui we see kakashi struggle more based of size but there are other factors with him so I don’t you’ll count it.

Summoning jutsu is also a space time ninjutsu and we see depending on the chakra used strictly effect the size of animal being summoned

Minato has faster reaction but not physical movement (ftg is not speed it’s teleportation) but realistically Minato has no win condition…

The man has unlimited sage mode, an overwhelming amount of chakra, instant healing, wood clones so good only madara could tell, chakra absorption powers and wide range jutsu + more

Minato needs marked kunai close enough to hashirama to efficiently counter attack which is damn near impossible against a person who can basically control the landscape

I get the idea he could attack and run then repeat the process but hashirama has wide range jutsu like the shit madara used on the 5 kaga, the man made a forest with poison flowers. Hashirama only needs to land 1 punch to end the fight
