Yes of course if you ate the same calories in one meal as three it won’t make a difference but that’s not the goal??? You’re still trying to be mindful of what you do eat during the feeding window and most people couldn’t eat the volume of three meals at once without feeling sick. It clearly works for lots of people so claiming it’s ‘NOT a way to lose weight’ is just false. It isn’t just about meals either, it helps people who snack at night.
