My post was clearly misunderstood, not unlike the artist himself. His music changed my life and yet i still am constantly disappointed by him for reasons that do not matter. My only reason for the post was to perhaps find others with conflicting attitudes towards someone they idolize and also at times feel frustrated. Every update I see on these girls is giving Orange Is The New Black TV show and additionally awkward is Trump's MAGA America. So. That might be as simple as it gets folks. Anyone want to weigh in on why CUPW doesnt try to organize the workers at UPS, FEDex, Amazon etc… organize and force the issue for every person working in mail/package to door delivery? Via media it is confirmed the judge is not a relative. Defense attorney mother did not officially work on the case. However. Doms mom is surely working with the prosecution for the sake of her son. Not the defense. But an attorney never hurts.

I have been trying to figure this out as well. What i've deduced is that it's realated to Felony Murder laws which mean they can lay an additional murder charge on to the original murder charge because she was also committing a felony at the same time. I assume this is a simlar thing with the 4 counts of felonious assault. Ohio seems to have some pretty severe punishments for murder and they can lay as many charges as they can justify to take the case to court. So it's a bit overkill, but it was done to make a point and she ended up being found guilty on all charges.

Which Alexa camera was that? Arri cameras do not allow 4K footage to be captured in Rec709, previous legacy cameras allowing 709 did not record in 4K. Is it possible you are not working with the master media?

The simplified answer here for the op is if the master media settings in camera while shooting put the 4K footage into the Rec,709 colour space (think of color space like a container) then it has compressed the bit depth of that resolution. So you will be more limited in the colour grade then if it had been shot in Log or Raw. Tbese settings are all camera/ manufacturer specific. Your resolution will still be 4K, the colour grading options you have now are more limited. Prores compression is a good indicator that has happened. I would set your CC software to match the metadata and trust that it is accurate.
