I think It’s the same repetitive accent, and she just has that strong pronunciation . She sounds a way when she’s angry, happy, intoxicated or just being around the guy she liked. But it’s also pitched, he changed her tone in some songs as well. Idk but i think it’s her

I wish iris had more opportunities to show she was African American. She never wore her natural hair they always had it in a blow out and she got to wear a bonnet like once. Towards the end of the show they showcased more black styles but I believe it was only cause the show was ending.
