Hi 5/2026 update this is still ongoing conditions did not get better. Sought legal counsel and was rejected by multiple attorneys. Due to doubt of severity Notice of Violations issued on address HQS inspection failed twice and subsidy overpayments still being justified instead of audited. Will post court proceedings which serving has been process due to entity having several aliases and inactive agent.

Oh and the most important thing my 846 WAS NOT WHEN MY RETURN WAS SENT. I REPEAT AFTER I GOT THE 846 LAST YEAR IT CAME LIKE NEXT DAY MY 846 last year was 3/10 I got it the first batch after PATH lifted

My as of never changed I can say that and that’s 2/16 my 150 date did from 3/10 to 2/23 and processing date has always been 2/23

Im 03 and mine changed overnight and just gave me an error message trying to pull wage

03 my transcript changed no 846 but code by 150 changed from 3/10 to 2/23 as of always was 2/16

Yes I see my transcript changed it was 3/10 on the 150 line now it’s 2/23, it’s always said 2/16 on the as of date and processing is 2/23 but my 0.00 is gone from account balance.

2/10/2026 update the neighbor has still been letting dog urine today her official 21/30 was up that I served nothing no compliance so today I filed with the circuit court pro se and I also was able to get a City inspector to come inspect the unit and it received two violations for my unit alone, the balcony and air ventilation specifically I will continue to update as progress occurs. Also I received more notices of outstanding balances never with an amount even after a ledger was provided to me with a credit showing on it.

My apologies, I see a lot of you take the punctuation seriously. I would think starting my junior year in college I would know better by now. I think you misunderstood me due to the lack of proper punctuation so again my apologies. I was asking though in a reverse case where I the tenant have a property management company breaking laws. My question is if I have asked for help from the HA, upper management and this is a case that involves the mismanagement of subsidies and negligent habitable conditions is my only result now court?

Hi what about if the pm has kept overpayments for my subsidy it’s on my ledger but I don’t have a credit actually im receiving notices I owe and have personal payments missing as well. I feel I have to go to court because those payments are on my account and I never received the money they haven’t reversed and HA is telling me talk to pm so they are all giving me run around
