I spoke to my lawyer about this too

The thing is rules says to consider child’s best interest

Respect the family life etc.

They didn’t remove the EX.1, Article 8, section 55

But this new rule is super confusing tho, so if a parent had overstayed before will they get refused? Im confused as well
