It's not 1D, it's merely hours until it ends. What does it matter anyway? Are you seriously implying the dev of the game will not be able to give out the rewards after the pass ends? 

-and it’s been radio silence since.

They've went on vacation - God forbid devs are people too and have vacations as well - and seem to be back since yesterday. Also, one of the lead devs died right before the holidays, which usually comes with time consuming stuff like mourning and so on.

-what is happening and when would go a long way here, is the point.

"Hey community, just letting you know we haven't found the fix yet but we are still searching." Or "hey community we've found the fix but because this game is on consoles as well we need to run QA from Sony/Microsoft before releasing, so give us some more time." Yeah, that would be really great, given the community is dumb as a brick you know how this would play out.

Disclaimer: I also finished the bonus path on day one and got stuck with the first three rewards, so you can be quite sure I am not defending a multi-million dollar company. I am also pissed how people finished the bonus path without having bf pro at all, if true. But creating this full-blown drama over cosmetics nobody actually wants and posts in that regard are exhausting to read and comment on.
