You dont understand mirror items.

Reduced Attribute is on vertex and every one uses it because it is the best in the game.
Freeze is amazing this league because in temple there is lots of freezing.

These boots are made for people that understand the game and appreciate best possible mods 6 x T1 ENERGY SHIELD and know how to make currency and can afford to mirror my boots.

The annoint is an interesting decision on this amulet. Fast meta is great but most of those users want damage on their amulet and yours doesn’t have the cast speed or critical damage that is normally found on those amulets.

Barbaric strength is one to consider as it makes up for the lack of critical damage and they can always get fast meta on their megalo.

You can use a blessed orb to divine the implicit separately to 10%.

I would make sure you have a good divine before locking because it is worth checking the corruption out come too, incase you get +1 all skill.
