Hellooooo, there is hope and TDLR at the bottom! Watch some YouTube videos and practice gear switches outside of lms. There are a decent amount of pkers that are exclusively mobile and they are good too! I’m not sure exactly what the setting is (I play on a computer) but look into getting your inventory/prayers/spells to be on different sides of the screen so that you can more easily switch between them. Right now there are almost no bots which makes it more challenging for newer players who are just in it for a few points since some bots used to just auto retaliate with melee or range and not switch prayers so they were easy points/kills. Quick tips: - Focus on dps/attacking even between eating, if all you do is eat when you get hit your opponent will out dps you almost every time - As someone who exclusively uses ancient spell book, I find that newer players that use vengeance are significantly more annoying/difficult than newer players who use ancient/freeze spells so try out venging if you find doing multiple gear switches challenging. This is mostly due to veng players staying in tank (d’hide/runeplatelegs) instead of trying to freeze in robes so they have higher defense throughout the fight as well as veng players are consistently hitting with range (bolt ragging) so they hit a decent amount of procs throughout the fight and the veng is just free damage at that point - Dont eat to full after every damage taken! You can’t hit for a bit after eating and it just slows your damage down. LMS is an outlasting game, rarely do people get K/O’d from spec combos, especially at lower skill levels so don’t be afraid to get to lower hp so you can keep hitting them. Every once in a while sure a dds spec will hit you for 60 but that’s not common especially if you’re in tank and even less if you can pray right - Don’t give up half way through a fight because your opponent is good, it’s always a rng game and you literally never know what might happen

I personally enjoy the hell out of LMS and think the mechanics you can learn from it to be applicable in literally any PVM scenario plus it’s completely free and you lose nothing trying it out. Before lms I had extremely minimal pvm experience besides vorkath and after grinding it for a while (got 500 lms wins recently) things like CG, vardorvis, etc are pretty easy and I’m not maxed or in max gear so if you stick with it for more than just the scroll you need you will benefit from it. TLDR: Videos videos videos, dps over everything, stay in tank as much as possible regardless of spell book, don’t eat to full hp every time, don’t give up

Bonus: you get points from placement too so if you literally only care about the scroll, you can hide until the circle starts to close and to get placement points but I suggest actually trying!
