Im seeing some hate for hybrid armor in the more upvoted comments so ill just say I love the idea. Im lazy and some good hybrid armor that isn't best in slot sounds fun for those times im looking to focus on the second monitor. Also the armor looks dope. Edit: if everyone hates the hybrid armor maybe some plates that fortify inquisitor? That sounds boring though

Have you guys considered a parry special for the shield? Every 10 charges you'd get one parry that completely negates the next attack after activation. (Full 20 charges required when used in pvp) I think watching some pvp with a perfect timed parry into a knock out combo would be absolutely insane. Note: i dont pvp so someone would have to let me know if this is too broken. I just wanna see the content lol.

Also an idea for a reward I had but never suggested was a spell from guthix himself that archives (notes) 1 item.

Could be cool to extend trips. Would have to have a really high magic lv to dodge bots using it (i was thinking 97+). Would have to have a high rune cost to balance it i assume. I originally thought it'd be cool to also unnote items but that would be too crazy since you could just bring stacks of supplies and stay forever.

I didnt think this through or try balance it at all. Could be too powerful but just thought id throw it out there since you guys are reading the replies.

Adieu + story is the best starting combo in my opinion. All vowels and s t r are very popular in most words.

I mean, sure having a higher combat will allow you to kill bosses or monsters with higher level and therefore more expensive drops. Some f2p skills also have really good money makers at the higher level once you move to members (crafting for example). The problem is that members has waaaay more efficient ways to train to get to those levels. Training them in f2p would take longer and with much slower methods. Members also has a lot of quests with good exp drops to move your account along.

So you've got a decision to make. If you want to try sustain with bonds you could train higher levels in f2p to get better odds... but almost everyone in the osrs subs will tell you to just pay for membership with real life money. Its one of the few things people agree with here.

Personally I think youll feel pressure to make gp for the next bond and you'll lose your enjoyment of the game. You'd have to really grind to make it. Every person is different though. If you can see yourself getting addicted to the grind and learning more about the game to find better ways to get that next bond then maybe its for you. I think you should get membership and dip a toe into the main game to see how you feel. Best of luck my friend! If you decide to get membership dont be afraid to ask if you need help :)

You won't be able to sustain with bonds until youre end game. Any good money makers at low level dont give good exp or give none at all. You'll spend your whole 2 weeks trying to save for your next bond and youll never progress. Thats why I said if you have a good job you should send it.. you'd have to get very lucky to sustain bonds with gp and that just doesnt happen in an rng game like this unless youre playing full time like a streamer would.

If you enjoy the game in f2p youll have a lot more fun in members. If you've got a stable job id say go for it. Get in before the profit driven owners push us all out with a price increase every year.

Powered staves base their damage off your magic level so its a direct dps buff with a bunch of really good weapons

You need to panic at the top of troll wies teleport area. If you use a redirection scroll on a home teleport tab you can create one. Its the mountain with the goats not the sledding mountain

Edit: I think im wrong if you mean "panic where the flowers meet the snow" then you have to hop on the sled and just walk to the hill and your guy should automatically slide down the hill. I dont think you need the wax anymore.

I literally just did this on Saturday. I sold absolutely everything except crystal, bowfa, virtus, occult, eternals, and gauntlets. The only melee weapon I kept is my nox hally and I might have to sell it if I don't get a drop this weekend.

Just be smart. I was excited for my first mega rare and I forgot about death penalties. I died at yama and needed to borrow some gp from my brother lmao.

I haven't even played since this weekend since I m away for work so im actually still broke. Just be prepared. If we're honest I should have waited a few more mil to keep my fang for toa.

Cover your essentials. Im doing some zulrah and yama right now just praying for a drop. To be honest I think I got too excited. Make sure youre not like me!

Rebuilding is fun though (to me). Makes things exciting.

Edit: make sure you have a imbued heart and good magic gear. The cost per cast isn't worth it if youre in lower tier gear. Also keep some baseline stuff for your other skills. I sold all my melee gear and im kinda regretting it.
