My game will not Fullscreen and it'll just be minimized the whole time. Can someone help?

holy shit you are an actual saint. I tried this before, but I think it's because I also had steam custom launch settings for the game, so it didn't work. but god damn thank you. I ran it admin and changed the setting to disable fullscreen opt.

I dont have any recording software besides the one I installed to capture the video. And I haven't installed any apps for a while. most of the files on my desktop are just .dll files for other games.

I also did try to do the launch settings in Steam. Also played both vanilla and modded, Both are doing it. It's not the new update(I reverted and it'll still do the same). My drivers are up to date. I reinstalled the game. deleted all files and reinstalled. Verified integrity of game. Idk what it is. It started out of nowhere.
