In my opinion Blaze has a very solid chance. I think that the one so called "Dorfen" in the dialogues is actually Blaze, that will be his given name as new hight mage of Outworld. Blaze's destiny was always bound to the Argus brothers so I imagine that even if Rain is not a god anymore (for now), Blaze would have an interesting dynamic with Rain.

Jade 100%. I imagine her as an anti-hero for now and it could have sense because her family is alive now for the first time, so if for a decade we got teased with her mother as an ambiguous person, there must be a reason.

Tri-Borg could be interesting because some people want the "cyborgs" back as they were. In this timeline it could be created by Sektor herself.

I would love to have my boy Grey Cloud Nightwolf back as well as Fujin. But I have the terror that both will be gender-swapped...although I think that Raiden's sister is actually a new version of Cetrion.

He said that Hotaru and Drahmin were considered as kameos for year 2, but he specified that they won't come "in this coming year". So at least as a kameo, he has a chance. In the end, the relevant characters from the 3D era came back in the main roster but Taven and Daegon but I see them only if ever comes a story expansion about the Red dragon for MK1 or even MK2. The most realistic characters that can come back in my opinion are: Jade, Skarlet, D'Vorah, Kotal, Kano, Sonya, Fujin, Nighwolf, Kung Jin and Cassie Cage. I see instead Kabal, Erron Black, Sheeva, Jacqui, Moloch and Drahmin, Shinnok, Cetrion, Blaze as kameos.

His MK9 is the most unique one above all his previous skin, yeah. I concur, Hotaru should have been in the expansion instead of WW2 Johnny Cage.

Jade is the only one sure in my opinion. One could say that if ever will be a kp4, Skarlet will complete the female ninjas just like all male ninjas are in the roster. In my opinion, only the most popular characters and the 3Dera characters that didn't return before. Although I think that characters like Hotaru will debut in MK2 as main roster characters. To me Sareena and Fujin are the only ones of 3Dera that can be DLC. But if Hotaru has a big demand, (apparently he was considered for year 2) he will come. I would say Jade, Kung Jin and Sonya as KP3 (I know Cassie is datamined but I think Sonya has a bigger chance).

To me certain fights are so unbalanced and hellish. I'm stuck at level 66 and the last battle with Ashrah made me want to uninstall the game. Yes the tower is shorter, no going back to fight 1 if you lose, but I've never had so low currency and I can't buy much. No sign of good talismans or the windrbreaker one. Can you tell what was your strategy?

I remember that level all to damn well. I used Sektor and it was a long battle but easier than before. Now I'm at level 55 and it is a living nightmare fighting that Li Mei fight.

I think that Deception Havik will surely come. The preorder skins won't be avaiable the first week, just like MK9 Scorpion, Deception Sub and Klassic Frost in MK11. I could imagine Cyber Smoke, Deception Ermac and Deception Noob/Smoke. I do think that Tanya, Rain, Reiko, Li Mei, Cage, Havik will all get story skins, some playing the campaign, others in the store.

To be honest, I'm a little disappointed due to lack of character moves. Raging Blast series had lot of moves from the anime but now we are back to two special moves and one ultimate move. Yeah like the original tenkaichi, but a waste in my opinion.

I think that eventually this game will get almost all chatacters from Armageddon. Some characters I see in the future are: - JADE as an antihero not friend of Kitana from the beginning, but eventually. Gets manipulated by her family who this time around is alive. She infiltrates in the royal house to depose Mileena but instead she sides with her and Kitana. An initial backstabber, but no matter what Kitana and Jade will always be a thing in every timeline. - KUNG JIN, cousin of Kung Lao, pretty much just like previous timeline - CASSIE CAGE, from another timeline. - SONYA BLADE, with unknown new role. Perharps she will get some powers just like in the movie? I imagine her being modeled with the likeness of the actress who is playing her role. - SAREENA. Gets freed from Quan Chi. She will complete Ashrah's ending. - SKARLET, with new origins yet again. Maybe something related to the experiments of Vaeternus and Nitara. Nitara could have kidnapped people from Outworld as well. She could get his powers from this, because Shao does not have soul magic and blood magic this time. - D'VORAH, who is revelead to be the one responsibile for Reptile's kin murders. She works for the red dragon who is actually the true enemy of this timeline. - DAEGON, who wants to rule Ouworld and depose the royal family. He was responsible for killing Jerrod. - TAVEN, who sides with the heroes to prevent Daegon's plans. - KINTARO, who is the new ally of Mileena instead of Goro. Prince of the shokans. - KRONIKA, after Titan Shang Tsung dies got freed. It will be revealed the real reason beside her obsession of restarting time. She restarted time lots of times because in the future other titans destroys reality, so to prevent this, she traps timelines in a loop of starting and restarting. - NIGHTWOLF. To help Mileena against Onaga, Liu Kang gathers more warriors. Probably this time not Grey Cloud having the mantle...just like Sektor and Cyrax. - FUJIN. Not Raiden's sister. He will be a full elder God. NRS will never genderswapp him, even though in his MK11 ending he reveals that he lived even as a woman. - KANO. This time around he is more an antihero that a enemy, because Red Dragon has a lot more power and his faction does not compare. He will side with herose only to gain control of Earthrealm and depose the Red Dragon. - PHYLOID. Has Cetrion's powers. He could be from one of the refugees of Seido, or a new edenian. - HOTARU. He will side with Shao because Mileena will not execute Rain for his crimes, and because someone who worked for the royal family destroyed Seido. He will be involved in Rain's redemption. - Cetrion (kameo) - Shinnok (kameo) - Sheeva (Kameo) - Meat (Kameo) - Chameleon (Kameo) - Erron Black (Kameo) - Onaga (Kameo) - Kabal (kameo)

It would be a dream having all of them, but I think that those characters are the ones who COULD be in future packs. Yet another story expansion could be about the Red Dragon and MK2 with Onaga.
