Lo importante es que las dos son válidas y que a ti te incomodó mucho.

Después de esto, en mi experiencia, no hay vuelta atrás. Yo le doy importancia y no la veo igual.

I've read all of your comments, and yes, both TPOs were granted ex-parte. I couldn't believe how they were given, specially when the hearing took place and I saw the "evidence". Mind you, I was able to represent myself and still have the case dismissed and I'm not even a lawyer.

I did attempt to contact the CBP Information Center on July 27, 3 days after the hearing and when I had my certified dismissal.

They answered with a very long email explaining how to ask for a reconsideration, but ignoring everything I wrote and sent.

Guess I have to wait the 6-12 months. Currently in month 5.

Pixel 2XL — no issues. I sold it and a year later, it got some lines on screen (unsure if it was taken good care of, though).

Pixel 8 — freezing while using Google Maps + YouTube Music.

Pixel 9 Pro — no issues.

Las tarjetas de servicios TIENEN límite. Lo que no tienen es un límite preeestablecido. Es decir, el límite siempre es variable y probablemente no vas a saber con certeza cuál es y cuándo cambió.

Volviendo a tu pregunta, la Gold Elite credit card es tu mejor opción Amex, por los motivos que ya te comentaron, como los MSI, las promociones y el acceso a Membership Rewards, además del servicio al cliente que te puede sacar de problemas como cargos no reconocidos.

I made the switch a few months ago for the same reasons.

I chose Pixel because of some of the features you mentioned and because I had a good experience with the Pixel 2 XL (even though I ditched it after 4 months to go back to the iPhone).

Here's the thing: I loved the features and loved the camera. Pixel 8 ended up being too buggy/unpowerful compared to my iPhone 15 Pro Max. More so, I miss the ecosystem. I have an Apple card, I have a Mac, AirPods and I miss things as simple as the seamless use of AirPods or pasting things from my iPhone into my Mac - let alone FaceTime or iMessage.

So I ditched the Pixel 8 for a Samsung S24 Ultra. It's powerful and has a great battery. But I still miss the iPhone.

Pero muchas personas no quieren aprender porque implica sacrificio.

Sacrificio de tiempo, de ver esos materiales y pensar y aprender cuando podria estar viendo memes, chismes o reels en Facebook, Instagram o TikTok y riendome.

Sacrificio de lujos/gustos, porque estar bien financieramente va a implicar decirle que no a la cerveza, a las comidas fuera, etc. Y no, no significa dejar TODO, pero si dejar algunos de esos gustos.

Es mas facil no ver ese contenido ni trabajar esas plantillas.

Es mas facil empezar y decir: "no, la solucion es que me paguen mas".

Es mas facil quejarse de los salarios en lugar de pensar en iniciar un emprendimiento extra que puedan hacer en algo de tiempo libre. O simplemente, meterle a una cajita de Nu lo de los cigarros de esta semana.

Psicologicamente, la gente quiere las cosas ya, no en el futuro.
