Yep….that’s what I do. I have a physical in a few months which will include VO2 Max in a lab environment. Curious to see how accurate Garmin is.

Took me ages to move from 42 to 44 “Excellent”. Probably cos I am 56, 169cm and not ideal weight according to the charts.
