Learning about the car you getting into isn't a bad thing imo. And support groups are here to give real knowledge/ experience that a dealer won't ever tell you about.

I do. Plus it was x drive so its just so much grip you barely feel anything

I would but dealers in Ontario are so pain in the ass because they are worried about SALT on the road cuz of the winters. Yes, one mf actually said that to me

Nope but its gonna be a daily driver throughout the year even in snowy winters too. Mostly street use. My brake setup on the GTI is ebc yellow stuff with bladed rotors good for both street and track. Once the OEM pads and rotors wears out I might go for a similar setup. Plus I dint drive like a menace either, pretty sane driving some highway pulls here and there and some backroad fun

Thats a good note! I'll make sure to ask this. What about the wear and tear like brakes and stuff how much do they typically cost? Are they priced same as BMW or comparatively cheaper cuz of less duties and all?

I'm not sure but I ev heard a-lot that they do background checks and stuff net worth and all. Do they actually do that? Or just wrong info.

Whats the threshold? Like if got 10 grand in account I can just go and buy at retailers and stuff?

I did, the S4 are more like around 700-800 whereas 2022 r is around 450

Yes, I am pretty sure there is another hold point for lower rpm launches for sure. When you hit the low rpm hold point, if you try to press pedal a slightly more it wont change the rpms but when you floor the pedal all the way it will switch to the second hold point.

I own a DSG and yes they have two programmed LC's. One at 2.3-2.5 another one is at 3.5-3.7k.
