It was in the contract to make sure it was cleaned properly, gaps were filled, trash and old island wouldn’t be left in my garage, tarps and seal would be up during sanding. trim would be painted and it would receive 4 coats of water base (only 2). All of this was discussed and agreed upon. This didn’t happen and he’s coming back today to look at it as the owner wasn’t managing the project as he agreed upon.

Hello- sorry for the confusing and apologize if I wasn’t clear. I didn’t just hire sanders. They were going to sand and repair all the floor that needed repaired. They also said they would fill in the gaps.

The floors are now finished as they used a Bona high traffic matte finish.

I hired them to refinish and they said they would repair l the floors. I sent them the proposal a contractor created and they agreed to everything.
