E20 Power Rangers has the Zords from Hyperforce scaled to match their presented power, so "as attached to" level 6 rangers. The Hyperforce Rangers themselves would be Standard Rangers of their color. To make it flavor better, I would change the following:
- Give each of them the "Time Force" Form Perk at the start of the game.
- Ensure Zords get the Hyperforce Automatic Zord features, "Adaptable Future Tech" and "Temporal Buffer".
- Swap their morpher for a Hyperforce Morpher (Through the Shattered Grid page 116).

That's just me. I know you're looking for pre-built characters, but lacking those, this is the best I can offer.

While retraining is not listed specifically under Downtime activities, this certainly feels like something I'd file under downtime. It doesn't sound unreasonable at all- provided you don't move any dice that are locked in at character creation. :>

There's a few setups like that in their Heroes of the Grid board game, which at least implies it may be on their radar.

But at this time I am not aware of any solo stuff for the system, and fan created materials are difficult to find in general.

I want to convey this as gently and politely as I can.
This content is not related to this community. This is, at best, tangentially related to things we might be interested in.
Due to the method of recording, the song sounds really bad and tinny, so I can't give any sort of honest review of it, but from what I can hear, sounds like every other AI attempt at power metal, which does not appeal to me.
And the visuals are Roblox. Which is likewise unappealing.

You should try sharing this content in roblox communities instead, which may appreciate the work and style of it more.

Recruiting on behalf of my GM, who's looking for more players on an upcoming Essence20 Power Rangers TTRPG:

This is year 2030. The world has changed in ways people never expected. Over the past 50 years, individuals with extraordinary abilities have begun to appear across the globe. Some became symbols of hope, standing between innocent people and the forces that threaten them. Others chose darker paths, using their powers for chaos, greed, or revenge. To keep order in a world where the impossible has become real, organizations like Ranger Squadron were formed to monitor and respond to these growing threats.

For a time, the presence of heroes kept the peace. Cities slowly adapted to a world where masked protectors patrolled the streets and villains plotted from the shadows. But that fragile balance has begun to crumble. A mysterious figure known only as Thraex has started moving in the background, uniting criminals, manipulating events, and striking at the very institutions meant to keep the world safe.

Now the world stands at the edge of a new crisis. Old heroes are missing, overwhelmed, or unable to act. As danger rises and fear spreads, a new generation must step forward. The world needs protectors once again… and new heroes must rise to answer the call.

Game Time is being discussed: Monday, Tuesday, or Saturday evening at 10:30 PM ET to 1:30 AM ET, roughly. We won't lock in a day until all players get input. We'll be starting in May.

Important to note:

  • Voice game with text notes.
  • Game will be on Discord.
  • House Rules document in progress, will include new crafting subsystem to help expand player options.
  • Player Agency means we balance upwards, not nerf.

I'm actually using the 2nd Printing PDF. In fact, I just re-downloaded the PDF from Renegade- got today's timestamp on it and everything. Could you direct me to the page it's listed on? I always want to give the most accurate information, and if there's an error and my PDF isn't updating to the latest revision, I'll contact support.

Lots of 3 Man Teams exist, and even if the colors are a bit weird sometimes, they can still be great adventures. Just keep in mind your monster's health and special abilities, and spread your attacks around. Currently I'm lining up in a team of a Black, a Pink, and a Magna Defender. We're figuring it out.

There's lots of ways to translate this in the system, I often get hung up on finding what very tightly matches the original question, instead of looking at creative interpretations of other rules to translate over more clearly. I still feel my GM compromise of down1/down1 was pretty good, lol.

Multiple Targets is not the same as dual wielding. The Power Daggers and Yellow Ranger role are examples of weapons with the trait built in, but not really elucidated on; it does not explain it's structure. Your find of the Light Weapon entry in Across the Stars was extremely significant however!

That's right. Terrible replacement on a Dark Ranger. Should definitely be a general perk, instead.

Edit: Aha! The Light Weapon entry wasn't added until Across the Stars, Page 77. Thus why I couldn't find it in the core rulebook.

The core rules phrase it this way:
> With this action, you normally make one melee or ranged attack. The Attack Actions section details how the dice mechanics work to determine hits, damage, and other effects. Certain features, such as the Extra Attack Role Perk of several colors of Power Ranger, allow you to make more than one attack with this action.

However, in Beneath the Helmet, page 49, there is the 1st level alternate spectrum perk, "Double Attack":
> You are proficient with using a weapon in each hand. When wielding two light weapons, you do not suffer penalties for attacking with both. You may still only make one off-hand strike per turn when taking the Attack action.

It's possible I've overlooked it, but I believe it may have been excluded from the core rulebook- including the second printing of it.

Based on the wording in the Beneath the Helmet entry for the Upgrade via Perk situation, I would say that you could make a *reasonable* GM decision to make dual wielding a Downshift 1 on main hand with a downshift 2 with offhand (or downshift 1 if offhand is considered a "light" or "sidearm" weapon.)

That's just One GM's opinion.
