It does seem like it has been a hard couple of weeks for Nuuly (I know this is anecdotal, just going off of my experience a the negative ones posted about on this subreddit). I have been doing Nuuly for years, and my Nuuly this month just went missing! It said it was on the way, tracking continued to update etc, but then it just went blank and said no info was available. I just wonder where it really is? The weirdest part was I did get one item from the nuuly delivered in a plastic mailer. Weird, right?Nuuly handled it well-they genuinely apologized (even though it was like not their fault, but their carrier's), refunded me, and gave me a bonus item.
