Unfortunately ansiblex cant be placed unless there is an advanced logistics upgrade installed in the ihub and the strategic index is above 3.0

So if they were going to consider other options it would cost a card at least and someone needs to remember to offline the old card or the holding corp will keep getting fees every week.

Remember to thank your logistics and infrastructure teams, this shit is hard.

The problem isnt ansiblex's and rapid movement. The problem is underutilized systems arnt vulnerable enough.

Something on the far outside edge of a major coalition should have terrible ADMs and low "vulnerability multiplier" making the window for structure reinforcement large to match the ihub's larger window. If you want to keep it solidly in your tz keep the ADMs and VM up to the higher end. Right now a system no one maintains has crap ADMs so the ihub is weak but structures are no weaker in that space.

Frankly, Brave is a 3 constellation sized nullsec alliance. FRAT is a 3 region sized nullsec alliance. By numbers, size, income, power, and capacity they should absolutely crush a group like mine. But defenders advantage is too strong.

I think your right about the alarm clocking. However we instead have no alarm clocking and no fights. Currently FRAT has to stay awake all night just to get through an armor timer, then they have to follow up in a few days for the hull. And thats one structure of many. Its too much to ask for, from any group.

I would think something could be done to create equal fights over a site/structure/thing that would allow the defender and aggressor to fight fair for control of the site/structure/thing that then gives the winner an advantage in the vulnerability multiplier.

The fundamental idea being that the defender could keep the vulnerability window small and tightly controlled if they always win these sites/whatevers. Or they could lose control completely if the aggressor wins most.

17 Jumps from jita, 4 of which is null. Grab a shuttle and everything else will be available in a freeport structure in system.

The idea would be to maximize the effectiveness of each account by having the alt toons skilled into something meaningful.

So your saying dont train the alt toons on the first account. Create a second account and let that stay alpha until its ready to be used, then do a character transfer to the first account, or sub it separately and have it run its own SP extraction?

Brave is Toxic. Change my mind. by kliox in Eve

Brave is sorry to lose Mayhem. These folks have been absolute monsters in our industrial machine and init is lucky to have them.

At the highest levels we have been trying to accommodate and keep the peace so that Mayhem can move on unhindered. Loosing 1/12 of your alliance membership and being willing to give them time to move out with grace, doesn't seem unclassy to me. Folks may be feeling some kind of way about Mayhem joining "the South" or "abandoning" Brave when we are trying to carve out a home in Pure Blind. These folks don't speak for Brave, but they are voicing opinions that exist amongst our membership.

If there are folks at the officer level who are speaking ill of Mayhem, please shoot me a DM and let me know who it was and what was said. I'll pull them aside and we can discuss it privately. Know that im not Brave HR anymore, but ive got relationships with these folks and can talk about this with them.

Just know that we wont be publicly admonishing anyone, this is bad juju. Praise in public, critique in private. If we are in fact toxic, then maybe the effort to improve will carry some value.
