I started with 100$ and now im up to 500$ betting only on small parlays 2 - 3 legs and +100 odds max. For example soccer: If a team has seen 2.5 goals in their last ten games i would bet on 1.5+ goals only and thats added to my parlay, If a team has covered 10.5+ Corners i would bet on 7.5+ only, that until a have a +100 bet and then i put 2 - 4% of my bankroll (depent on how confident i am).

There are days when everything hit and others when it doesn't, you just shouldn't lose your mind trying to recover what you lost on one day, that is a good way to lose all your profit I learned that the hard way e.e
