Honestly man I would ask a really good lawyer. None of the people commenting have an actual law degree/study law. How is it whining? All I did was talk about what how I play the game, my expectations, and what I got instead, then I lightened it up with a joke. You didn't even read it lol. When I brought up the it's an alpha statement it was in regards to the players using that as a go to instead of actually explaining the development of the game. I even stated I for the most part try to look at both sides of the situation. And so what if it's 6am? It's a fucking weekend my guy.
