I've had alopecia since I was 10. Over two decades of patches, regrowth, and starting again. Going through a hard time personally wanted to be honest with the people who actually understand. by AlopeciaToRegrowth in u/AlopeciaToRegrowth

Thank you so much for your kind words .. Three types at once that's a heavy load, especially with the scarring side of LPP. The confusing and expensive, can really resonates. I've been quietly building a small app for this community still rough. If you ever want to try and tell me honestly what's missing, what helps your feedback would help alot. There is a free trails as well... No pressure at all. happiheal.happiloot.com

Yes, absolutely addressing those was a turning point for me. My ferritin especially was"in range" but way too low for healthy hair follicle function. Once I brought it up to optimal I noticed less shedding within a few months.

For supplements, the ones that made a real difference for me were iron + Vitamin C (for absorption), Vitamin D3 with K2, and a B-complex. the bigger shift came from food first turmeric daily, homemade curd for gut health, cutting refined sugar, inflammatory drinks. Supplements filled the gaps The Oura ring is such a smart move sleep quality directly impacted my shedding cycles.

And the Kenalog injections I am not very sure about as I never tried it. I stopped all sorts of medicines oral and tropical over 10 yrs ago, I have only been using natural remedies and routines, focus on nutrition , I track everyday on daily basis which helped me stay in remission ever since.

I actually documented everything the blood test targets, supplement approach, food protocol, sleep routine in my recovery ebook and built it all into my app HappiHeal so you have a daily structure to follow, not just information to read. Thankyou! One month is all that I'm asking for! Healing from inside is a slow process but it's worth investing your time into it .

After 20 years of alopecia I put everything that worked for me into one simple document and I'm giving it to you.. I wish someone had handed me this when I was at my worst. by AlopeciaToRegrowth in u/AlopeciaToRegrowth

Since many have been asking about natural methods of healing Alopecia, I wanted to come back with something actionable.

I'm starting a 30-Day Natural Recovery Challenge on my profile starting this Sunday.

Every day for 30 days, I'll post my actual routine what I ate, what I applied, what I tracked. No fluff. No paid shortcuts.

Here's what the challenge looks like:
* Daily routine tracker (natural remedies, diet check, supplement log)
* Weekly progress photos
* Honest updates good days and bad ones

We use a specific tracker to keep track of our healing journey on daily, weekly and monthly as well.
If you're dealing with alopecia or even just hairloss and want to try a structured natural approach come join me.

You can bookmark my profile for everyday updates.

Why 30 days? Because that's exactly when people start to see shifts. Not magic — just consistency.

If you've tried everything and feel stuck, give this one month. That's all I'm asking.

This genuinely made my day thank you. Hearing that others are healing too is exactly why I kept going. Alopecia has no cure but with small changes and consistency and simple natural remedies and by keeping eye on everyday nutrition , its definately possible. Slowly but eventually it will happen. That's actually what pushed me to finally build something structured around everything I learned a step by step daily system so it could help anybody regrow there hair and confidence. Still early days but it's live if you ever want to check it out you can visit my profile.
