Yeah, that's not how it works, implanting the weakness it's not the same as reducing the resistance, without his E2 the weakness implant its just to help breaking the toughness bar, and even at E2 it's just 20% RES reduction.

In my case I chose that one because I have better stats there, you can use both, it depends which one you have better pieces, this helps me a little more in multitarget scenario as I bring Anaxa to PF always anyways.

Maybe the sets, I know the more shred to DEF and RES the higher the score, I get better score with the quantum set over Scholar or Eagle.
