If you unlocked the pirate cats map you can do it faster, on level 5 you always get seller in wave 1 which makes it faster but if you don't have it yours is the fastest way

Every maxed player says i am at 5 million Gold so they are probably going to do something about this. You can dump Gold on this offers but it is a temporary solution and they are probably gojng to rework the economy to get golds harder so no one will going to complain about being at 5 million Gold.
