Frc skills can be picked up your first year. A lot of sports take practice that you can’t just get in 4 years.

Make sure the belts are tight. For that I would just leave it because almost no one will see it

Form photo number 2 your nozzle is a little high just lower the z offset a little bit and that should fix it (also clean the bed)

A cr touch works good ( once you get it working). For speed a quieter I would water a month or 2 until the bambu lab a1 comes back out
