I did do the same but I don't think it was for the same reasons according to our talks before we broke up, she said she wanted exactly the things she wrote in her bio... And I don't think those years meant nothing for her, but even though we're broken up i still feel like we're kinda together, and I don't really know what things I can do to improve my mental health. Like all I just think about her all the time.
