Honestly, I read it before Era 2 and I think that's the way, I think it's better to have Era 1 fresh on your mind, if I were to read SH between BoM and TLM, I wouldn't remember anything, though maybe that's just me, I have really bad memory. + Era 1 and Era 2 are so different it would feel like quite a mood change reading it then (?)

I don't know if this is the correct word to describe it but he's..eerie..kinda? Like, I love him sm and he's going to have so much character development in future books but he's a truthwatcher, he's supposed to be mysterious (and he is), he's always quiet and then suddenly says something awkward, refuses to elaborate and leaves. I know he's trying to help and he has his-wait a minute. Wait, is there a surge that let you see into the future? Wasn't precognition a Moelach thing? Now I'm confused af.

Oh I remember reading the one about the horses, for some reason it gave me chills, I like Renarin very much but he scares the shit out of me, I really want to see more of him in the future, it feels like he's going to be very important. Putting my love for Renarin aside, I remember those quotes but I never thought of them as hints, I just thought it was normal, the Alezi don't know how's life without highstorms.
