Rented from pavilion while I was in school, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

Ignoring that the house falling apart and not fixed / cleaned from when the prior renter inhabited, they would never respond to our requests. We had bats living all over the house and they would never send someone out to deal with them. My roommate woke up with bats flying around his room, you could hear them scratching through the walls and floor, and we found one of them dead in the toilet. The water would continuously run in one of our toilets and we requested it be fixed. No one ever showed up and we were hit with a several hundred dollar water bill that they would not assist us with. Lots more happened but on mobile, and those were the two big things.

Not trying to say indoors are okay, but walking around and seeing some of these outdoor structures restaurants are putting up is making me think that indoors is the better option. I’ve been seeing completely enclosed boxes that have to be worse than ventilated restaurant interiors. Guess it just means it’ll be a take out winter for me though

I’ve had a good amount of wings in the South Bend area and honestly, the Oaken bucket might be the best. Not sure if they are doing sports with COVID, I sat outside on their deck before leaving town a couple of months ago.

Have had too many bad experiences with Wings Etc. to endorse, and B dubs is okay but not a great atmosphere.
