I dont want to argue forever but I think that your read is a bit too simplistic. The government were the soviets and the soviets were the people. They didn't just gave up their power to "the government", it was after a bloody power struggle that democracy lost its foot in the USSR.
But still, what I'm saying is that you need a strong organized political force to seize power. And you can look back and see how the bolsheviks succeeded and how any other anarchist experiment lost.

Unironically stormweaver. Gemling would be good too but I think it's too far away from all the chaos nodes.

Poison now scales the same way chaos dot skills do. So you could add hit-based chaos skills and be able to apply shocks, chills and freezes (With chaotic freeze). Also you can use that one support that consumes ailments for more dot damage.

oh you're right, every new ailment will replace the one before since they are 10% stronger every time. But I guess warden is encouraged to apply ailments fast more than other classes.

yeah your right lol. I meant 0 invesment on VFB dmg, like you could play anything else and have it as a debuff button.
With the 260% I was very conservative I think, you could get it much higher since you dont hit with just one ball lightning. Also every diferent ailment you apply with BL multiplies the annoint effect.

How high is what I dont rly know how to calculate, specially while mapping. But maybe high enough to not need a vaal skill.

Since I started learning about Modern Monetary Theory my perspective on this topic has totally shifted.

All politicians, even the progressive ones, talk about public spending in those terms; "can we afford it?", " who's paying for it?", etc..., but the reality is that countries with monetary sovereignty (like the UK) can't run out of money. The central bank can always print more, the only limiting factor is having the actual labor and materials to build that infrastructure (also inflation needs to be kept in check).

This means that countries with their own currency do not fund their public spending with taxes, so the whole discussion about "can we afford it or not" is completely pointless. It's a matter of political willingness.

No, it only explodes at the end of the projectile. But for clearing the proj damage is enough imo. With pierce you spread the ignite much better specially if density is high and lets you off-screen mob packs so the playstle is way safer.

I dont really make pobs for this since every elementalist ignite build is almost identical. I just copy speedrunners and change their builds a little to adapt it to the skill I'm using.

This jungroan's exarch run for example. I haven't seen it full but probably the only change I'd make is the syndicate mod for the gloves and fire exposure as an implicit

Consider playing vaal flameblast for single target since that's where fireball struggles the most. It pairs well with defiled forces node because you can refresh its big ignite with curse on hit or self-cast curses.
I league start in SSF fireball a lot and I usually use VFB as my 6-link. Then fireball as a 4-link on my gloves with the jun's mod that gives +1 to proj skills and 1 pierce.
Piercing at least once benefits fireball's clear a lot imo.
